How fast will I hear back?
During business hours — Mon–Fri, 8a–6p Central — most replies go out within the hour. Outside those, you'll hear back before lunch the next business day. For a true emergency — site down, hacked, payments failing — call.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. Diagnosis, quote, and the conversation are free. We charge once the work and the price are agreed — and we quote the price first, every time.
What if I don't know what's wrong?
That's fine. Describe what you're seeing in plain words — "the site looks broken on my phone", "the contact form isn't sending", "Google flags my site as dangerous" — and we'll diagnose it.
Do you work outside San Jose?
Yes. We work with small businesses across the US — most clients have never set foot in the studio. Phone, email, and video cover the rest. San Jose is simply where we're based.
